Why we built this

It started with a speech.
And 20 years of watching
guidance fail.

PullMeUp was born from two observations. First — two decades of watching the same need appear everywhere. Colleagues looking for honest guidance. A friend asking if you'd spare a few minutes for their kid. Strangers messaging on professional networks. The need was never the problem. The structure to meet it was. Second — a simple idea that has existed for generations: those who have made it have an obligation to reach back.

The answer was not better technology. It was honest human connection — from outside the organisation, free from politics, built on genuine generosity.

That is PullMeUp. Each one teach one.
